How Server Eyeball Site Monitoring Works

Server Eyeball monitors your website or IP address around the clock - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If your site ever stops responding we will immediately send you a warning message via email and, if you wish, via an SMS text message to your cell phone. Now THAT'S peace of mind!

Server Eyeball is available as a fully featured, stand-alone account or can be simply added onto one of our Web Hosting or Email Pro accounts.

What is included in the Server Eyeball package?

Server Eyeball includes:

• Define your own escalation procedures. For example, be notified via email of short outages, but get an SMS for prolonged outages
• 20 Free SMS credits every month* (SMS credits expire after one month so are not cumulative)

Server Eyeball Package versus Server Eyeball Add-On

Server Eyeball can be purchased as a stand-alone package which includes five POP accounts, other email features and free SMS credits as well as the Server Eyeball site monitoring facility itself. Full details of the Server Eyeball Package are provided below.

Alternatively, the Server Eyeball site monitoring facility can be added to an existing account (hosted by us) but this Server Eyeball Add-On version does not include the email facilities or free SMS credits - it only includes the site monitoring service. The Add-On version can be enabled on your account by visiting my.kangaweb.com -> Control Panel -> General Settings -> Add Monitoring (charges apply). Once added, you will be able to access Server Eyeball through my.kangaweb.com -> Control Panel -> Server Eyeball.
