It is a truly useful facility and will save you time because it will answer many of your customers' questions and reduce your technical support costs.

Customer HQ has been designed so that it is easy to use, even for beginners, and is sure to impress your clients. If you join the Reseller Gold program you can even customize it to suit your own business, such as specifying your own design options, including your own header image and menu icons, colors, fonts, as well as adding and/or omitting pages as you see fit. Reseller Gold clients receive a Customer HQ at customerhq.yourdomain.com, while Flexible Resellers have access to customerhq.linuxengine.net. The Customer HQ makes no mention of KangaWeb or my.kangaweb.com - ensuring that we remain anonymous to your clients. Order Express

Tired of manually entering order details into order forms? Well Order Express is the solution for you.

Order Express is a ready-built order form system for you to use to receive web hosting orders from your customers. Order Express can be installed on your hosting sales site within minutes (as long as the site is hosted by us). Your customers can then place orders for hosting packages through the order form. When each order is submitted, you will receive immediate notification via email. The details will also be stored at my.kangaweb.com so that, rather than re-typing the order details into our order form, you can simply review the order details and choose whether you want us to process it. Order Express is a time saver. It is highly customizable and easy to use. You can even add your own custom fields.

Please note that using Order Express on your site is entirely optional - if you do not want to use it then you can manually enter your orders at my.kangaweb.com -> Reseller Tasks -> Order Express -> Manual Order.

Reseller Management Tools

Our Reseller Management Tools (Site Toolkit) consists of a comprehensive set of web site management and development tools. You can use the Site Toolkit to manage any aspect of your clients' accounts. The actions that can be carried out via the Site Toolkit include:

• Adding features to your clients' accounts (MySQL, SSL, additional POP users etc)
• Resetting passwords (POP, FTP, MySQL, eCommerce etc)
• Installing, reinstalling and removing FrontPage extensions
• Diagnosing mail retrieval problems
• Upgrading, downgrading, suspending, reactivating and removing hosting accounts

Ready-Set-Go! Hosting Templates

Our Ready-Set-Go! Hosting Templates will enable you to get your hosting sales site up and running quickly. The Ready-Set-Go! Hosting Templates are provided in a zip file. The zip file contains a set of pages to form the basis of your hosting sales site. All you need to do to complete the site is customize the header and footer files, and edit a small configuration file and a stylesheet. Further detail on the Ready-Set-Go! The Tech Support Wizard contains detailed information on a range of relevant topics. You can choose whether or not to include the Tech Support Wizard in your Customer HQ menu, although we strongly recommend that you do. Should your customers be unable to find the information that they require in the Tech Support Wizard, they will be directed to a support request form where they can contact you - you can even receive support request messages at any address you choose.
