The Flexible Reseller Plan is free to join and includes:

A 35% discount after you have purchased five resold accounts
A 50% discount after you have purchased ten resold accounts
Access to our 'anonymous' (non-KangaWeb) Customer HQ for you and your clients
Access to our 'anonymous' web-based email system
Domain name registrations (.com/.net/.org) for your resold accounts for only US$15.00 per domain (one year's registration)

Up to 50% Off Our Regular Prices

When you sign up under the Flexible Reseller plan, you do not need to purchase an account straight away. When you do purchase accounts though, the following discounts will apply to both the setup fees and monthly hosting fees:

First 5 accounts:	No discount
6th - 10th accounts:	35% discount
11th account and up:	50% discount

Each resold account is an independent hosting account which includes the features described here.

In addition to this you have the option of purchasing GigaBlocks, allowing you to fully dictate what features come with each hosting account you sell. The flexibility offered by GigaBlocks gives you even more control over your profit margins!

US$15.00 Domain Name Registrations

If you need to register a .com/.net/.org domain name for any of your resold accounts then you qualify for our special price of US$15.00 (covers one domain for one year).

A domain management system is available which your clients will be able to use to manage their domain names without seeing any mention of KangaWeb.

Of course you are welcome to use any other domain name registrar. It is entirely up to you.

Turnkey Web-Based Services

As a Flexible Reseller customer we will set you up with a pre-built Customer HQ. This all-purpose facility:

Allows you and your customers to manage and maintain their hosting accounts and all included services.
Comes packed full of resources such as our Tech Support Wizard, 'How To' guides, answers to common questions, software downloads, tutorials and more.
Links to our anonymous Web-Based Email System which you and your customers can use to access your POP accounts through any browser from anywhere in the world - all you need is a browser and Internet access.
Allows you to select which menu items you would like to be available, or if you wish, enter your own links into the menu. We provide an easy-to-use, browser-based interface for customization.
Optionally displays your own "Welcome" page for branding and providing your clients with information specific to your services.

As a Flexible Reseller we will also give you access to our my.kangaweb.com Control Panel. This incredibly powerful Control Panel will allow you to perform a wide variety of tasks, including:

Order additional (resold) domains;
Order add-on features for your clients' accounts;
Order and manage GigaBlocks;
Cancel or Suspend accounts;
Reset passwords
Access comprehensive information about your resold accounts.

Technical Support

Under this plan, you are responsible for providing technical support to your clients. If you require assistance on any matter, our friendly hosting experts will assist you so that you are able to provide support to your client. Of course, we will also perform technical support tasks for you if access to your client's account is required.

Billing

You are responsible for billing your clients. We will bill you directly each month for all fees relating to your resold accounts. In this way, we remain anonymous to your clients.
